About Tristan Le Govic,
"music and passion"
I was born in Brittany in 1976 where I grew up surrounded by culture and music. I started to fill my suitcases with diplomas: Gold medal in Celtic harp, Master of music, French National diploma of teaching music… but I also wanted to fill them with experiences.
So I decided to move. First to Ireland, then to Scotland, where I lived for more than five years. My passion for the Celtic harp has been reinforced during these years and I learnt from people the value of exchanges. Then, for a year and a half, I lived in Sweden, where I met exceptional musicians. With them, I explored Nordic music, creating new links together.
Today, I'm back to Brittany. I divide my time between concerts, the Celtic harp lessons I give during workshops or festivals, and also work on publications such as music books or CDs which I release regularly.
This is the word which comes the most often in my life: sharing emotions, experiences or knowledge… I wish to share with you the leading passion of my life, the Celtic harp world, where I would be happy to take you. I hope I will interest you on topics you may not be familiar with or simply entertain you. I also hope to learn from your comments, your own thoughts on topics you would suggest. Together, let us highlight the Celtic harp.
