Ten years ago, for its 20th anniversary, the Rencontres Internationales de Harpe Celtique ("International Celtic Harp Meeting") of Dinan in Brittany already impressed by inviting about twenty - all male - harp players. To celebrate its 30th edition, it's not thirty but more than forty musicians who are invited to the next Meeting. This year, the festival complies with an almost exemplary mixing of the genders as well as with an international, intergenerational, "intermusical" mix of artists in order to bring more people together. From the 10th to the 14th of July, the rendezvous of Celtic harp players will be in Dinan.
The list is quite impressive and constitutes a paragraphe on its own: Lincoln Almada, Anne Auffret, Hoëla Barbedette, Brigitte Baronnet, Stefan Battige, Nadia Birkenstock, Sophie Bonduelle, Dominig Bouchaud, Nikolaz Cadoret, Grégory Cappoen, Juliette Collache, Anne-Gaëlle Cuif, Enrico Euron, Ifig Flatrès, Jakez François, Vanessa Gerkens, Rachel Hair, Corrina Hewat, Gwenael Kerleo, Ralf Kleemann, Mariannig Larc'hantec, Ismael Ledesma, Claire Le Fur, Tristan Le Govic, Françoise Le Visage, Mael Lhopiteau, Lili, Mary Macmaster, Cristine Mérienne, Myrdhin, Catherine N'Guyen, Anne Postic, Laura Perrudin, Lynn Saoirse, Murielle Schreder, Patsy Seddon, Andréa Seki, Clotilde Trouillaud, Enzo Vacca, Quentin Vestur, Jochen Vogel, Mathilde Walpoel, Lena Woods, Vincenzo Zitello.
